3 Month/3,000 Mile Used Vehicle Warranty

Our used vehicle warranty gives you peace of mind for your first 3 months or 3,000 miles of ownership.

It is a discretionary warranty which allows us to be flexible depending on the age and mileage of the vehicle you purchase. We exercise our discretion to decide whether and how to resolve repair claims, it offers more flexibility in decisions.

Warranties do not include all defects. A warranty will never pay for accidental damage, premature failure of a part or general wear and tear.

Repairs are carried out at our own dedicated workshop and can only be authorised by ourselves.

The basic summary of cover is detailed as follows:

Engine

All major internal moving parts of the engine, including cylinder head and engine block, crankshaft, camshaft, pistons, connecting rods, balance shafts, gears, oil pump.

Gearbox and transmission (manual or automatic)

All internal mechanical parts of the gearbox.

Steering

Rack and pinion, steering box, power steering rack and pinion, pressure pipes, power steering pump, steering-column joints and bearings, track rod ends.

Clutch

Master cylinder, slave cylinder, fork lever, pedal and cable.

Drivetrain

Drive shafts, prop-shafts, centre bearings, constant-velocity joints, universal joints and couplings.

Braking system

Servo, master cylinder, wheel cylinders, callipers, vacuum pump, brake pedal.

Cooling system

Radiator, heater matrix, heater-fan motor, water pump, thermostat and thermostat housing.

Electrical system

Starter motor, alternator, voltage regulator, ignition coil, camshaft sensor and crankshaft sensors, indicator relay, front and rear windscreen wiper motors and washer motor and horn, alarm control unit.

If the vehicle develops a fault or a part breaks down, then you should stop driving the vehicle at the earliest opportunity and call 01685 385577 immediately. If you continue to drive the vehicle with a fault it will void your warranty.

Any performance modifications made to the vehicle will also invalidate the warranty supplied.

If you wish to repair your vehicle at your own chosen repair centre we will not be liable for any costs involved. If you would prefer to claim under warranty then all vehicles need to be returned to base for inspection / repair.
